For Commission Benefits from Kalpataru Law Firm's Multi-Level Marketing Program

1. Introduction

By participating in the multi-level marketing program of Kalpataru Law Firm, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before declaring your intention to join.

2. Eligibility

3. Declaration of Intent

By accepting these terms, you declare that:

• You have read and understood the terms and conditions regarding commission benefits.
• You voluntarily wish to participate in the MLM program.

4. Commission Structure

Participants may earn commissions based on:

• Direct sales made by the participant.
• Sales made by downline participants referred by the participant.

Details regarding commission percentages and payout schedules will be communicated separately and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Kalpataru Law Firm.

5. Responsibilities

• You are responsible for promoting the services of Kalpataru Law Firm ethically and lawfully.
• Any misrepresentation of the firm or its services may lead to immediate termination.

6. Payments

Commissions will be paid according to the company’s specified schedule. All payments are subject to successful collection of dues from clients.

7. Confidentiality

Participants must maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary, business, and client-related information belonging to Kalpataru Law Firm.

8. Termination

Kalpataru Law Firm reserves the right to terminate participation in the MLM program at any time in case of:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Engagement in unlawful, unethical, or fraudulent activities.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India.

10. Agreement

By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you agree to all provisions mentioned above and wish to participate in the Kalpataru Law Firm's multi-level marketing program.
